At MyAllChannels, we strive to ensure our resellers are fully satisfied with the services we provide. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds on Used Credits

We do not offer refunds for any credits that have been used, partially used, or assigned to client accounts. Once credits are consumed within your reseller panel, they are considered non-refundable.


2. Refunds on Unused Credits (Conditional)

Refund requests on unused credits may be considered within 48 hours of purchase, only if:

  • Credits have not been used or assigned

  • You can provide a valid reason for cancellation

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@myallchannels.com with your payment proof and account details.


3. Subscription-Based Charges

If you are on a subscription-based plan (recurring credit purchases), you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current cycle once payment is processed.


4. Service Suspension or Violation

No refunds will be given if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, abuse, reselling fraud, or illegal use of IPTV.


5. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting our support first, your reseller account may be permanently banned and future purchases denied.
